BIRTHDAY PARTIES
As a member of NBCA you can have a very special birthday part at NBCA. Our faculty members will lead the party in arts or crafts projects, lasting approximately 1 1/2 hours, leaving time for cake, presents. Choose from a variety of themes and projects. For more information or to schedule a party, call the office.
 
 
 

PRIVATE LESSONS
NBCA offers private lessons for individuals and groups in the visual arts, theater, dance, and music. The cost, is dependent on materials cost and the number of students enrolled.

Workshops

Tile Workshops with Diane Sullivan
Offering a 2-part workshop, you can sign up individually or for both.
There will be a $5 Kiln fee for each workshop per person.
(If you sign up for both classes the tuition will be a total of $115 for NBCA Members/Non-Members $160)

Workshop I: Introduction to Mosaic
Saturday, March 21, 10am - 1pm with a break
Students will complete a sample mosaic tile and will begin a piece of their own design. Design ideas and the techniques of mosaic are taught with an introduction to materials, cutting techniques, equipment, adhesives and grouting techniques.
Tuition $65 for NBCA Members/ $85 for non-members

Workshop II: Earthenware Tile Making
Saturday, March 28 @NBCA 10am -1pm with a break
Using terra cotta Paper Clay we will make tiles. Hand build your own designs using carving, stencils, stamping, and beautiful glazes. Tiles can be used in the garden as well as. Tuition $65 for NBCA Members/ $85 for non-members
