21st Century Academic Enrichment Program
for Brayton, Greylock, and Sullivan Elementary Schools and Conte Middle School

NBCA is proud to be a Community Partner for 21st Century Community Learning Centers for the North Adams Public School District. Since 2004, NBCA has offered after school and summer art programs designed to extend and enhance the learning that takes place in the North Adams Public School day program for Brayton, Greylock, and Sullivan Elementary Schools.

A quality arts education makes a dramatic difference in the lives of children and stimulates and encourages creativity, learning, language acquisition, and socialization skills to help children succeed in school and life. The NBCA provides a broad range of studio classes and creative arts programming Monday through Friday, for ages 5 – 9 and 10 – 13.

Classes are offered in the following areas: Pre-school (creative movement, painting and sculpture) Music from Around the World Young Artists: An Exploration of Mediums Art and Nature Media Arts Performing Arts
